In my current role, I lead a frontline team taking care of patients and customers daily. I operate call centers designed to assist patients with everything from estimates, prior authorizations, registration, and scheduling. I mentor teams to be high performing and complete exceptional work. I work with senior leaders from across the organization to bring our mission to life. Collaboration and teamwork are the keys to success. I excel at P/L management, budget development, change management, and organization.
