Central Scheduling

Currently I am working to build a central scheduling system that will span the entire enterprise to change how we schedule patients. This requires working with every department to ensure patients are scheduled timely and correctly every time. Working with IT to develop new technology, implement AI, and overhaul the telecom system. Changing scheduling templates and creating a governance committee to manage schedule changes. With this process change the organization is set to gain $200M in decreased denials with the increased schedule capacity and ensuring insurance is correct at the front of the process.
