Improved Systems

In my latest role as Area Director, I was promoted to an Area that was struggling. Upon arriving I realized that systems were not in place to promote proper and complete billing and documentation. I was able to work with my new team to develop a new way to increase our efficiency in billing and documentation standards. By completing this major project we increased our billing from $20,000 a month to $200,000 a month and ensured documentation compliance with the State of Indiana in the first two months. Be the end of my tenure I increased the two fold to $400,000 a month.
